• Large projects are defined as multiple installs or Audio Visual installations.
• Payment is due upon completion of work.

Hourly rates for Aerial and satellite engineers

• All repair work has a minimum 1 hourly call-out rate
• All prices exclude VAT
• All prices exclude congestion & parking charges
• All rates are + materials
• Materials are charged at list price
• The total charge will include reasonable time to obtain parts
• After the first hour we charge in 1/4 hour time slots

Health and Safety

An engineer's assistant is needed when televison is over 28" in size.
The weight of the equipment means that 2 people are needed to lift the televison for mounting.
2 men are unlikely to drop a TV when mounting.
This also means we are complying with Health and Safety Law.
